The Statement of the Aims and Objectives of that society shall be:

To provide university students with a help service and link to the
Computing Industry. The Computing Society will help students organise
events or projects they wish to undertake within the computing
spectrum. We also aim to provide a non-technical environment for
beginners who wish to learn about the current and future states of
computing technology, while also providing social help for people who
already know too much about computing + the Internet and need to get out!
